Meet Lucy.Hi, I'm Lucy, a busy working mum, a Naturopathic Nutritionist and a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience. If anyone knows burnout it's me!
Two years ago, despite “doing all the right things,” I hit burnout myself. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the version of me I used to be. What I discovered is something many working mums don’t hear enough: Burnout is not a personal failure — it’s a physiological and emotional state that requires intentional recovery. Today, I help working mums aged 30–50 who are stuck in chronic exhaustion, stress, and overwhelm to recover their energy and rebuild sustainable wellbeing. My approach blends:

Last year, every single client I worked with one-to-one had one thing in common — burnout was sitting at the core of their symptoms, even if it wasn’t what they came to me for initially. Fatigue. Hormonal imbalance. Brain fog. Anxiety. Emotional overwhelm. When we looked deeper, burnout was the foundation. That’s why I felt called to create something different. I wanted to design an easy-to-use, supportive guide to help you beat burnout once and for all — something you can keep, return to, and rely on as life evolves. Not a quick fix, but a steady anchor you can come back to whenever you need grounding. And most importantly, I wanted it to be pressure-free. Because if you’re anything like I was during burnout, the thought of booking appointments, showing up to calls, or talking things through with someone can feel completely overwhelming. I didn’t want to see anyone — but I did need guidance, structure, and motivation to keep going. This guide is designed for exactly that space. It requires self-commitment — but not performance. Support — without pressure. Healing — without having to explain yourself. A gentle, practical way to recover from burnout — on your terms. |
