I suffered trauma in my late teens and my health has never been the same, I suffered from bloating, heart burn and poor female hormone health. From working 12hour shifts/nightshifts in intensive care in London reaching burnout to working in General Practice seeing more and more patients with symptoms and medications that could all be prevented with good diet and lifestyle. All these reasons gave me the inspiration of studying Naturopathic Nutrition with the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

My Life Now.
Now I am a busy mum of a 2-year-old continuing as a Nurse Practitioner in General Practice, massive foodie (obviously), I love yoga and meditation. I live in my hometown of Cornwall and I love getting out in the fresh air and going on coastal walks.
So don't settle for poor health, take control and let me guide you to better health and wellbeing. Western medications are important but there may be an alternative, I aim to rebalance gut and hormone health after traumatic life events.
